Spring Cleaning
Wow - apparently Ben and I have not REALLY cleaned out our garage since we moved in together 6 years ago. Oh My. She Craves has decided they need to buy "the van" from Matt and park it in our garage. I think Ben just volunteered our facilities so we'd have to clean it out. Not a bad idea, I suppose! Incredible. This equalled 3 truck loads of trash that *someone* hauled to various trash dumpsters in various areas of Pville. We found some great old pictures - I still have not located all of my Old Old ones - I think they got mistakenly left behind at my Taylor house. It was an interesting couple of days!

My trip to San Diego was awesome! It was cold, and we even got a mini thunderstorm with 1/2-pea-sized hail! Very unusual for Southern Cal. You're welcome Mike. (He really loves thunderstorms and misses them from his home in Central Wisconsin) Mike's & Otis's new home is beautiful and warm. I love their back patio! Here's a shot with one of their many pets. This is Tasha - they also have Annie the yorkie, Lucy the crazy cat, Morgan the exotic cat, several birds including Oba and Harley who talk.... It's a Pet Store!

Mike and I mostly just hung out. He had to work Friday, so we went downtown for a bit, then back home to be lazy. Went to Old Town for great Mexican Food that night! Sunday we had brunch at one of my favorite spots, The 94th Aero Squadron, with Mike's brother & sis-in-law - Willie and Julie.
Then the poop hit! I left for Vegas Sunday night - supposed to go home on Tuesday. Just a short visit to hang out. Well, of course, I was unable to fly home on Tuesday. There were very severe storms in the middle of the country - probably the same ones that hit San Diego a couple of days earlier - so flights were cancelled and delayed like crazy. I finally got home on Wednesday, exhausted and broke! Christine and Nicole were on their way on Tuesday night, but they were also delayed. Didn't get to see them since my flight left at 6am on Wednesday.
While in San Diego, Mike and I went over to Balboa Park, which is a beautiful area attached to the San Diego Zoo. Here are a few photos from the park:

Why kids are so funny....
Cayle, Baby Cuzzin's oldest son, had his first TBall game of the season today. He's not quite 5, so they are just learning the basics. It is so fun to watch! Poor Cayle though - it was supposed to be his turn to sit out the inning (they let everyone play everywhere) but he had to go in as the 3rd baseman was having a bit of a melt down. Well, Cayle needed to tinkle really badly.

Regretfully, he didn't make it to the potty - so he had to wear his shirt out:

This is Andon, Baby Cuzzin's youngest son. He's going to skip baseball and be a varsity linebacker by the age of 5.
